Return/Refund Policy

POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:
Items can be returned for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Click here to notify PoshFancy of your return. PoshFancy will generate a return label within 3-5 days of receiving your return request. Next, print the label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at a US Post Office. You will receive a full refund minus a $7.99 restocking fee. If you do not request a return within the 10 day period, you will not receive a refund.  
Any items that are final sale, damaged, or have tags removed are not eligible for return and will not be issued a refund. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received and approved your returned item. Once your return  is processed, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us link and send us a message. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
